The Finding Rhythm Project brings cultural rhythms and brain science lessons into spaces dedicated to community and healing. Created by music neuroscientist Dr. Jessica Phillips-Silver, the Finding Rhythm children’s musical explores the biological origins of human rhythm and shows how rhythm grows the brain, strengthens individual power, and builds connection with community. Dr. Jessica’s upcoming musical, Gut Feeling, explores the science of music and emotion, and the gut-brain connection. Led by Dr. Jessica and arranger/producer Dante’ Pope, the Finding Rhythm Project combines performance, education, and brain science in a vibrant journey through the musical brain.
