Jen Nguyen is an analyst at Warby Parker in New York City. In her role, she serves as the analytics lead for the Customer Experience Team, owning service level performance metrics, channeling customer feedback to relevant business owners, and projecting departmental hiring needs. Jen is also a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program, during which she rotated through different roles in Atlanta, GA and Schenectady, NY. These days, she likes to spend her time keeping in touch with old friends, leafing through non-fiction books at the Strand, and searching for the best cup of coffee in NYC.
Jen graduated with honors from the College of the Holy Cross in 2011.
