Spring Groove is the proud founder of YUMMM Wellness. She is a Music & Yoga Therapist, Bhakti Yoga teacher, Recording & Touring Artist and former Broadway Performer (Bye Bye Birdie, Grease, Saturday Night Fever, and her own Off-Broadway show entitled, Spring Alive).

Spring has taught in over 20 countries, has 12 CDs of her own on all digital platforms and is a proud voting member of the GRAMMY® Committee. It is one of her greatest joys to bring families closer together with the gift of Musical Medicine.
