Praised by The New York Times as “especially impressive” and “a thoughtful, sensitive performer,” pianist Zhu Wang is celebrated for combining lyrical warmth with crystalline clarity. Winner of First Prize at the 2020 YCA Susan Wadsworth International Auditions and the 2024 New Orleans International Piano Competition, he has appeared at Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and major venues worldwide.
A sought-after soloist and chamber musician, Zhu has collaborated with leading orchestras and ensembles across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Born in Hunan, China, he trained at Juilliard and Curtis and currently studies at Juilliard.
